What does a missing answer mean?
Unknown is different from none, and not applicable is different from both.
Suggest a correctionUnknown does not mean absent
If an antibiotic, feed or processing detail is unresolved, we do not turn it into a reassuring “none.” A field marked “Not specified” has no resolved answer in the information available to us.
A dash means the question does not apply
For fields explicitly marked not applicable, 2table displays a dash. That is a different answer from no treatment and from an unknown treatment history.
Your package can help
Suppliers, labels and ingredients change. If your package differs from a product page, match the barcode and use Suggest a correction. Brand-wide sourcing countries may explain a supply program without identifying your individual package.
